TERMS OF SERVICE

In order to make your reservation for a date in the future (October -
February), a 2 night minimum is required. For spring/summer months (March -
September), and holiday weekends, a 3 night minimum is required. For last
minute reservations, please feel free to email or call for availability with
no concern for minimum nights. If we have a trailer available, we will rent
it to you for one or two nights (last minute). A deposit of $100 is
required and can be paid by cash, cashier's check, PayPl or Credit Card
(Visa, MC, Discover). Please email tina@outdooradventurerentals.com to place your reservation and pay your deposit.

To ensure availability for your trip, reserve your trailer in advance as dates are filling quickly.

REQUIREMENTS:

Reservation deposit of $100. If you need to cancel, please allow a minimum
of 3 weeks notice. Otherwise, $50 of your reservation deposit is
non-refundable.

We accept Cash, Credit Card (Visa, MC, Discover), PayPal or Cashie'rs Check
as payment for your rental. Reservation deposit is SEPARATE and will not
apply towards your rental charges. This is returned AFTER the trailer is
returned and inspected.

Payment for your reservation: We ask that if you are paying by credit card
or PayPal that you please pay in advance to picking up the trailer.
Cash/Cashier's check for the amount due (you'll receive a billing statement
with your contract) can be brought in-hand to your pick up if you so desire.

Plan your trip accordingly because 24-hour rental periods, considered one
night, begin once you leave with the trailer. $5/hour will be deducted from
the security deposit for each hour or portion of an hour that the trailer is
returned late, up to a full night's rate. (e.g. If you pick up your trailer
at 11am, we expect you to return the trailer by 11am on your return date, or
you will be charged $5 per each hour past 11am)

All trailers are kept in excellent conditioned, are maintained and come
equipped with electronic brakes.

INSURANCE:

Your automobile insurance MUST provide coverage while your towing vehicle is towing the trailer. We reserve the right to ask for proof of coverage.

Please contact your insurance to get an insurance binder so you can be sure coverage is provided on the trailer. David or Tina Jenkins need to be added as "additional covered" individuals. They will require the year, make, model and VIN number to do so. This will be supplied to you once you secure your reservation with a deposit. Please provide a copy upon pick up. Or you can fax it.

PREPAID CLEANING FEE:

$40 - Includes full cleaning to meet the "CLEAN" standard as described below - return trailer as-is after your camping excursion (excludes potty dump and sterilization)

"CLEAN" Standard:
Full exterior wipedown - shell, canvas, tires, screens, etc. Beds taken out and fluffed, all debris removed Floors swept and wiped down Interior surfaces dusted and antibacterial sprayed - stove, fridge, sink, cabinet exteriors, table tops, etc.

POTTY DUMP FEE:

$50 - charge for proper disposal. You may do this yourself and you will not be charged.

PROPANE:

Propane tanks will be given to you full. (Please indicate your preference at pick-up or drop-off)
Option 1: supply your own tanks
Option 2: refill tank(s) (please provide receipt)
Option 3: return tanks and have us fill it - pay flat rate of
$10/tank refill

PICK UP TIMES:

By appointment ONLY. Please do not just show up without an appointment.

Note: Trailer requires a 7 prong RV plug in, I have an adapter that will fit
a 4 prong flat out of your vehicle.

The security deposit is refunded when the trailer is returned clean, w/ no
damage and if returned on time. Each additional hour or portion is charged
$5/hour (with the max charge of the daily rate) so as to facilitate
maintaining availability and an accurate schedule for future rentals.
